From the team at box co UK not a problem. Dealt with online order in a matter of a day. The delivery, with the use of a courier (hermes) not so good. 2 parcels from the same order and an email stating that I will receive 2 parcels but they deliver only one. Reason. Driver said he could not fit it in the car so left it at the depot. Then had the audacity to say that delivery couldn't be done as no one was home. How come then I receive one parcel at home. Really sad and disappointed at this, and a courier service that is sooooo bad with so many complaints they other company's still use them. This is not acceptable. Worse part is, I live 30 minutes away from both parties and couldn't collect my order.
