have ordered from this site before with no issues. this time i found out on expected day of delivery (i phoned them) that part of the order was out of stock. customer service resolved issue quickly and received notification that order had been dispatched later that same day. delivery attempted next day. order was well packaged and protected. would definitely use again but would be nice if they contact customer if there are issues with the order.
