Delivery is very quick and efficient, two orders placed both arrived next day as promised. The first order was for a refurbished 3D printer which arrived faulty and in a poor condition. Order was returned but it took 21 days for the order to be refunded, this was a painful experience and I do hope this was a one off and not the normal service this company would provide. The second order was for a new 3d printer which arrived in good condition and was setup trouble free and is currently printing a test model. So my experience is 50% Great and 50% poor but I would consider using them again in the future, just wish the returns and refund process for a faulty on arrival product was easier and faster.
