“Great service fromBOX. I'd never heard of you before but Google shopping showed you as the cheapest people for the printer I wanted. Shame about the delivery [erson leaving my parcel out in the rain even though the same person working for Hermes had deleviered a parcel the day before and had used my parcel box outside my house. so clearly they new it was there and I checked the printer did fit. Luckily it was not damaged by the rain”

“Machine arrived very quickly and the software booted without a problen. The only negative comment I would make that detracts from the otherwise 5/5 was that the rear USBs were slightly out of alignment, which caused me to have to go into the case and move them into a better alignment. Other than that, a great piece of kit!”

“Rig worked fantastically out of the box, and was delivered with no issues whatsoever. However, I had to dock a star as Box forgot to install one of the pieces of 8GB RAM included in the order, and which was posted to me to install myself after a little back-and-forth. So, a considerable oversight, but one that was remedied relatively easily. Still very happy with the machine!”

“Good quick delivery. As usual it arrived when i was out at work but paid £5 to have a sunday delivery which was well managed. The Laptop seems to be running t 100% CPU all the time which concerns me. Hopefully I can remove a lot of the pre-installed rubbish and get it running reasonably well.”

“Bought an item which turned out to be either; 'not as described' or faulty. Contacted the company who agreed for me to return it. They confirmed receipt but three full weeks passed and I had heard nothing from them, then received an e-mail confirming they had tested it and found it to be faulty and they have agreed to refund the price. Result. If they had kept in touch during that three weeks, they would have earned five stars.”

“Only problem begin i got a email saying do i want to change the delivery date but it had already been delivered and no one was at home and we had to drive 5 miles to pick it up may be a phone call before delivery would help issues thanks Harry.”

“I should have read the website properly as I ordered on a Saturday morning hoping to get the goods that day but it turns out that orders to collect aren't processed on a Saturday, so I had to wait until the Monday. A good product at a good price though and, despite a little confusion about where my order was, served in a friendly way.”
