Bought an item which turned out to be either; 'not as described' or faulty. Contacted the company who agreed for me to return it. They confirmed receipt but three full weeks passed and I had heard nothing from them, then received an e-mail confirming they had tested it and found it to be faulty and they have agreed to refund the price. Result. If they had kept in touch during that three weeks, they would have earned five stars.
