“Next day delivery arrived on time. Well packaged no damages however there is some software issues on the laptop which is causing blue screen errors to do with the network adaptor driver being out of date.”

“Product good, price good, delivery ok, but, parcel had been crudely opened, even delivery slip had been shoved back in. outside del instructions/address quite clear, so no reason to open the box.”

“Good response once initial failure of their system to capture my banking details giving me the choice then of waiting longer for the order or as I did pay extra for quicker delivery ! Monitor is as sold at a good price but has a Pixel out right in line of sight and can be seen when any darker colours displayed there. It replaces an Iiyama monitor and its 144hz refresh rate and 1ms response are an improvement”

“This is my second mio. The first one 'jumped off the stand' and was crushed under a car. be careful of the extension bar and make sure the mio is on correctly - I also reinforce this with an elastic band of plastic clips. Broken charger in my delivery!”

“Overall i happy with the service, the only thing is the extra £10 delivery charge that i had to pay after the order was confirmed and although i can understand it costs extra to deliver to N.Ireland it should be sorted at the order confirmation not just added after as it gave me a free delivery option”

“There was a problem with your server obtaining payment authorization, however, by the time I phoned the following day it had been resolved and my order had been processed. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in receiving my order. My only two criticisms are...... 1. The outer packaging was only a thin plastic bag, which appeared to have sustained knife cuts at both ends. The bottom cut was not noticed until I picked up th parcel and two of the items fell on the floor. This could have resulted in lost or damaged items during delivery. It also provided very little protection for the goods. 2. I consider a 1.3% charge for credit card payment to be a little excessive, particularly when spending this amount. Better packaging and a lesser or no card fee would have received a VERY GOOD overall rating from me.”
