“Missed first delivery and second but collected at depot 6pm (after advised time of 5-30pm). Package had returned and picked up without any fuss. Product worked out of the box as well, easy to set up and use.”

“No problems with order/delivery or service, bag doing it's job, everything nicely organised inside and kept mostly dry despite being on the back of a motorbike through the wet winter. Just wish it would stand up a bit better....”

“Good service from Box but the Gemini Joytab is not a very good product. My daughter received it for Christmas and hardly plays with it as it doesn't hold the charge for long, is slow and keeps turning itself off.”

“Delivery was quick and safe . Item was graded product at GRADE A but has a fault that the battery inside has an odd thickening at a point up one edge and that does not allow for the case to close properly with the result that the screen glass comes away at the corner and one edge which in time will allow dust in . Great machine , great specs , order delivery first class -------- just looking for a replacement battery of same capacity to do a repair .”

“I wanted a big monitor and this is certainly that. The image is bright and easy to read - even in bright light. While it does not trouble me, the display is not as crisp as I expected but it is fine. Setting up is ok but all buttons are menu sensitive, which makes navigating the menus rather confusing and difficult. To my surprise, the easier connection was by HDMI - though there is a black border round the screen (even with overscan enabled). I'm conscious this all sounds rather negative but I am happy with the monitor and am pleased i chose it.”

“excellent service, free delivery, the card is a 7870 Tahiti LE, its around 25% more powerful than a regular 7870, although it needs a decent roomy case, as the card only has a 92mm fan, temp are around 80c on load, without overclocking, to overclock, a new dual fan unit on the card should see it perform the same as a 7950, you could also water-cool the card, although the expense of doing this might put you off, a good all rounder, a bargain, a 7950 "light" for 7870 money. equal or greater than a 270X”

“Good product, fast delivery. Bought using the Epson voucher scheme, which has been painfully slow. I bought the printer 7 weeks ago and still haven't had my cash back. Even though a clearing agent has said it was paying into my account 5 days ago, STILL no sign. The cash back deal was my incentive to buy the product from Box, because otherwise it would be normal pricing.”

“your device operates in normal technical parameters but is not compatible with android software has a lot of bottlenecks and conflicts as for that I installed Windows 8.1 and as a result is a true monster. Why did I come to this compromise because I was very disappointed Skip incompatibility with type programs. So due to lack of time and busy schedule I took matters in hand and I got it thanked with all my regards”

“This is my second purchase of a laptop in the last few years from BOX - as it was time for an upgrade to windows 8.1 & I wanted a number of other features as well the Toshiba U920 met all of those requirements! One gripe especially after spending £500 - who ever picks the item to be dispatched & while I appreciate a box may be a box to you DO NOT put the huge white sticker over the front of the box it takes away from the pleasure of receiving the item! Sincerely P.A.A.”
