There was a problem with your server obtaining payment authorization, however, by the time I phoned the following day it had been resolved and my order had been processed. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed in receiving my order. My only two criticisms are...... 1. The outer packaging was only a thin plastic bag, which appeared to have sustained knife cuts at both ends. The bottom cut was not noticed until I picked up th parcel and two of the items fell on the floor. This could have resulted in lost or damaged items during delivery. It also provided very little protection for the goods. 2. I consider a 1.3% charge for credit card payment to be a little excessive, particularly when spending this amount. Better packaging and a lesser or no card fee would have received a VERY GOOD overall rating from me.
