really wanted a smooth delivery and I paid extra for the parcel to be delivered on the Friday before the weekend and unfortunately the parcel was not delivered on Friday. I informed about it by e-mail. The shipment arrived after the weekend ..... no one, even in response to my complaint about the lack of delivery, responded to the refund of the fee paid by me for the Friday delivery option.
