The laptop bag I ordered seems to be well made and good value (allowing for discount/special offer. It arrived within 2 days of the order. I'd be even more delighted if the laptop that's meant to live on arrives quickly. Fingers crossed. I've used Box before, ended up with a refund (not their fault) and because they handled this fairly, I felt confident to consider them again.
