Don't even bother. I placed an order of £1000 with them and they only told me they hadn't sent my order on the day it was due to be delivered, so I couldn't order from another retailer. I took days off of work, all for nothing.

Bought several items from them 3 I returned to them and 2 they have denied receiving. Fought and got 1 refund but not the other. BEWARE THE SAME MIGHT HAPPEN TO YOU MY 9YR OLD SON'S BIRTHDAY MONEY WAS USED HES NOT HAPPY. EVEN THO IT SHOWS BOX SIGNED FOR IT TOO THEY STILL DENY HAVING IT

Ordered a TV from here on the 22nd, paid next day delivery. Tracking provided didn’t work until the following Monday, after back and forth over email on Monday the customer sales team informed me they could only book my delivery for the 29th, Box confirmed that the delivery options offered on their website were incorrect but following my emails never updated the website to reflect true delivery times. I asked them to cancel the order and refund me the full £1199 I’d paid so I could buy a different TV from Curry’s, and Box then begun ignoring my emails, live chats (I waited for an hour whilst #1 in their live chat queue) and twitter correspondence. The whole experience has been shockingly bad, and the company has not yet responded to my cancellation requests on any platform. Avoid Box.co.uk and shop elsewhere, the service provided here will leave you frustrated, and in limbo until THEY decide to fulfil your order.

I bought a laptop from you in November. This laptop did not work and was replaced. The replacement laptop stopped working in April. You advised me to return the laptop to Medion. Medion were "unable to replicate the issue" which meant that they sent the laptop back to me. I was able to replicate the issue within 30 minutes of using the laptop. This means that the company lied, are incompetent or both. (Maybe consider which companies you work with). You then took the laptop and after looking at it briefly you were able to establish that the laptop was actually broken and could not be fixed. To aid with the replacement of the laptop, you were able to provide me with the equivalent value of the previous purchase as store credit. I ordered a new laptop at a discounted price on the same day. This was done through email. Miraculously, the next day the laptop was no longer on sale at its discounted price and you informed me that you were unable to honour the discount. Short of other options, ordered the laptop paying an additional £220 on top of my store credit amount. Soon after, I noticed that the laptop I had ordered was now miraculously back on sale at the discounted price. So to recap: the laptop was requested at a discounted price, you then removed the sale immediatly after my order and immediatly reinstated it when my inflated order was completed. It is therefore a logical conclusion for me to draw that you have ripped me off to the approximate value of £200. Additionally, on the deal that I initially ordered there was a backpack from Acer. That deal also miraculously vanished when I completed me order. Yet it has been reinstated now with the lower priced deal. I have also been trying to resolve this with the company. We are currently 11 days after my initial complaint and you are yet to provide a decent response. It is incredible to me that a company such as yours can exist with such poor levels of communication. I am extremly disatisfied with the pathetic way that your company has dealt with this and, in my view, it demonstrates no good will whatsoever when you have been partially responsible for terrible service since November. I can therefore state that I would never recommend your company to anybody as I do not think that you are capable of delivering a trustworthy service for your customers. PS: This website is rubbish. This is my third attempt at writing this review.

I placed an order for a Monday delivery, I received an email saying that my order was “ready to dispatch”, which it seems in now way means has been dispatched. - The link to the delivery courier doesn’t work - The chat system threw me out for “timeout of user interaction” , probably because there was a 45 min queue, that you can’t get through as it throws you out - email to sales team was not answered - further attempts at chat said “no advisors available” - phone unanswered Won’t be using again, will see if my purchase turns up.

Received email to confirm package to be delivered today nothing turned up. To make things worse, nobody has been in touch to explain why the delivery was not made or even what they intend to do to fix this.

Awful expereince.. quick to take your money and then almost impossible to get hold of. Still waiting weeks later even though item was claimed to be in stock with 3 to 5 days delivery. have lied several times stating dispatched when it wasnt.

I ordered a custom build PC from this company. My biggest mistake. They charged 149 GBP for a 10 day build and 20 days down the line, they haven’t even build the PC. I can understand that there may be delays. But it only gets better. After taking full payment, they vanished from the scene. No updates, no correspondence that the order is delayed. No updates on my account on the website either. So, I waited and finally called the customer service the day before the expected delivery. Boy oh boy, I have never met a more condescending person in my life. Each sentence began with “as I just told you..”. Anyway he reassured me that everything is fine and I can take a leave from work the next day to receive the delivery. I received no tracking info even the next day (big surprise). So, I called them again. This time I was told that the item hasn’t even been dispatched. He will “message” the builders to ask for an update and send me a follow up email in an hour. As usual, nothing happens and I call again. Same response this time. I feel that I have been scammed off 2800 pounds. They took money for service they can t provide, treat customers like garbage and have no professional responsibility. Please don’t fall for the promises in the website and avoid at all costs.

Delivery of the laptop is delayed for 3 days already, no tracking provided. Each time I call they claim they raised the issue with the warehouse but the warehouse didn't get back to them yet. No time for fun and games. Cancelled my order. Customer service seems nice but unfortunately can't resolve simple issue.

This company has sent me a USED, refurbished or returned NAS centre instead of the new one I ordered. Now I'm struggling to get it replaced all the while I'm offline as a media provider. BE WARNED even though I called them within minutes of the NAS being delivered and opened it's made no difference. Its time like these you wish you had spent the extra £30 and bought from Amazon. Just remember folks PRICE is not a guarantee of product quality or customer care. BUY FROM AMAZON save yourself the grief!

I paid for extra for a guaranteed delivery on Wednesday I phoned them on Wednesday - They said 'you'll definitely get it today' but was not given any tracking number and no surprise - no delivery. Phoned back Thursday and they said 'we'll get back to you' - they didn't get back to me, and again - no delivery. Phoned back Friday and they still had no answer for me so at this point I was forced to cancel my order from elsewhere. No professionalism at all. STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT LIKE LONG DELAYS TO YOUR ODERS!

Purchased my 3rd laptop from them. The laptop is faulty so returned it as per ASUS and their instructions. Now been waiting a week and no replacement so called their returns team who advised they received it back a week ago but have not uploaded the return to system. When it is uploaded they take another 5 days to test it then they will advise what they will do... I simply wanted the same laptop replaced and need one urgently for work. Don't think I will purchase from them again and now I would like a refund as going to go purchase one from somewhere else.

My experience is no different to the many reviews on hear regarding the quality of the item sent. The delays receiving and in returning items. The blame shifting of responsibility. The poor use of gramma by customer service. The ethos they portray is very far from the service they provide. They even tried to buy me off so I wouldn’t write a negative review. Yes you will pay more ordering from a established reputable supplier. But if there’s a problem compared to Box.co.uk you will be treated professional.

Worst experience so far. TV sold as new but arrived in refurbished/used condition. The TV remote had marks of use. TV was screen constantly flickering and failed to turn on at all after all. The TV box had signs of heavy use. Screw bags were no longer sealed and screws were found in other bags indicating that TV was used before. The TV stand found in the box belonged to another TV model. Had to return the TV. The delivery service ArrowXL is the same rubish as the seller. They are lying and keep arguing about arrival times later pretending that they never told or promised anything. TV was collected on the 28 of February and I'm still waiting for the refund to be confirmed. Customer service is useless. People be aware of this seller, don't waste your time and money with them.

Scam. I ordered an item, open-box, because it was a good saving. The website made it very clear the box was opened, but the item was A-grade. They took my money, then flagged the order as "having a problem" and that I needed to call them. The reason? Because the item was A-grade, but the box was open. Amazing. So, having paid extra to have it delivered today, god knows if or when I'll get it now (obviously they don't do 24/7 support, so having waited all day, I realised too late they were shut now). All because it was exactly as advertised and exactly what I expected. I've had a lot of things not get delivered but "being exactly what you ordered" is a new one on me. Bonkers. I'm going to try to get my money back and just go to amazon like I usually do, at least they deliver.

So far very disappointed. Despite testing my new pc wasn’t working on delivery. I can accept that these things happen in transit despite adequate packing. What is very poor is that Box have had my broken custom build for a week with no updates or apology. It takes nothing to keep a customer informed and is the mark of a good business.

Bought a 3d printer for a Xmas present. Informed them within 2 weeks of a fault, they insisted on us speaking with an engineer. We sent images, emails and advised that their fix of a firmware update hadn't worked. It took 2 weeks and a very heated phone call to customer service to get an email back to which we responded promptly. Still waiting for a response 3 weeks later. We are now well out of the returns window and they are refusing to replace stating they have to test to find the [intermittent] fault and if they don't find it, we won't get a replacement. Spend a bit more and buy from a reputable seller that you can actually get hold of.

Purchase a 3d printer and laptop at Christmas and had issues with printer early on. Initially contact was good but just don't hear back from them and constantly have to chase for an answer. Offered a part to be sent or to return item for repair but never answer my questions. won't be buying from here again and say what you want about amazon but always had speedy resolution to any issue and good communication unlike box.

I wish I had viewed the below comments as per other customers experience when dealing with Box. It is quite obvious too see that recent transaction experiences have been less than favourable and clearly this should create a concern for you as a company. I have recently purchased products from your site and have requested a price match - but you have declined my request because apparently "unfortunately we aren't always the cheapest, even though we offer a price match service, some companies are just able to agree on cheaper prices with manufactures or suppliers" which only leads me to think that perhaps you are not correctly sourcing your products from the manufactures... or you are trying to retain significantly higher margins. I can only say that I will not be recommending your company to other gamers / friends and if anything I will positively suggest other suppliers.
