sending requests for reviews when the product is late and not shipped is pretty bad. "it's an external warehouse and we can only email them, no idea when your late package will be sent"

It is an unsatisfying shopping experience. The picture shown on the website is a US keyboard layout, but what I got is a UK keyboard layout. If you’re a gamer, you’ll find out how different they are. When I try to ask how I replace this keyboard, the system always lets me do it during work time. But I also need to work! I have no time to deal with it, so I’m trying to get used to it. However, you guys asked me to do a review over and over again, which is annoying. Now you got the review from me. The only good thing in all the bad things is the delivery is fast. Although it’s my first time to buy things in Box, it make me heartbroken.

Awful experience for the second time now! Bought a new laptop, I was sent an open and used/refurbished laptop and took 3 weeks to sort out!

Bought a TV march 2022 returned via sharps as instructed by box November as it was faulty My TV still hasn't been returned..no TV for my family over Christmas..neither nox or sharps will advise me as to when my telly is being returned ..absolutely diabolical company

You sent the CD player by DPD and this company couldn't find my address after 3 days of trying so I needed to get it sent to the local DPD shop which is across the street from my address. Only if you live in the high street where you live then order something but not me ever again

They just cancel your order saying they cannot find the item in the warehouse and the item is for sale with higher price. Automatic emails ignoring customers. Do not buy

I ordered a Monitor on a Black Friday "Deal", received email declaring monitor had been shipped but I never received it. Having spent well over a week being brushed off by customer services during numerous emails and phone calls telling me plenty of stock and just a delay they told me it is now out of stock with only 10 days left to Christmas - whilst still advertising the same monitor for next day delivery at a higher price with only 10 days to Christmas. My advice - avoid Box, even better off buying through Amazon.

Late delivery by two weeks. I had to call twice to try and resolve waiting 30 minutes or more each turn. After about ten emails and replies not one person answered my questions correctly. I raised a complaint but then the parcel arrived and I returned it as I bought it from somewhere else that delivered it as promised. This is the second time I’ve used box and second time I’ve returned my product. Waste of time.

Wouldnt recommend box to anyone still waiting for my screen to be delivered nearly a month. Customer service havent been getting back to me. Phones are always busy select call back no one calls.

Ordered a monitor waited two weeks for delivery asked for a replacement got a refund . What a shambles of a company one of the worst online shopping experiences ever . Do not shop with Box they will take your money then waste your time bunch of jokers spend days waiting for a delivery that is not coming then hours on the phone to find out what is going on to have your order cancelled . If you want to waste your time and money shop with Box .

Ordered 27/11/2022. Received 'Thanks for your order! We'll dispatch it shortly'. And nothing since. No dispatch email. No parcel. No tracking. No update. Where is my order SBN-DXB-YYD-F26?? Also no customer service to speak of - I waited in their phone queue only to be auto-disconnected after 30 minutes(?!). I've tried 5 separate occasions to get through in the live chat and there's never an agent. Have bought from box before and had good experiences, but this is awful.

AVOID. It aggrieves me to give them one star, at least the delivery arrived on time. The problem is when things dont go right, they are hopeless. They dont communicate, you have to chase continuously. Very poor experience. I would have to be very desparate to use them again. I'm still without a replacement item that failed in August. Really Very Bad.

Last two orders with box have been a car crash... Sold me a 4090 then told me I didn't have one... Then ordered a new CPU and they cocked up the delivery. Pretty useless

Placed my order on the Friday and did not get tracking when I contacted DPD (which it stated that DPD was the delivery service) they said they couldn't see any order but could be delivered between the Saturday and Sunday. When contacted for order number on the Monday morning I was told it was too early and then when I contacted back I was told that they don't know who has the parcel that it was delivered DPD then said it is 100% not with them and royal mail did not have it after countless calls still nothing and the issue was not addressed. If anything feels like a scam then this is it, absolute shambles, I don't intend to order from here again, the only reason I did was because they were the only place with the item and the carelessness regarding a product worth £2600 is scary. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Regardless of price, If you purchase something and arrange a delivery date, every effort should be made for the item to arrive to the customer on that date. Constant emails about warehouse problems is not only disheartening but costly in the grand scheme of things. There is no reason for me to order anything from Box again after this experience.

Purchased a brand new TV from Box after 2 months developed a fault, they arranged for item to be returned via a Courier but since then we have had no confirmation it has arrived, no sign of a repair, replacement or refund despite sending lots of messages to Customer Care. Very poor response would certainly not be recommending this company and would advise anyone against using them. Seem great until you get a problem then don’t want to know and leave you fighting to get a refund. We will now be taking alternative action to get our money refunded and will inform Trading Standards of the issue.
