Ordered 27/11/2022. Received 'Thanks for your order! We'll dispatch it shortly'. And nothing since.
No dispatch email. No parcel. No tracking. No update. Where is my order SBN-DXB-YYD-F26??
Also no customer service to speak of - I waited in their phone queue only to be auto-disconnected after 30 minutes(?!).
I've tried 5 separate occasions to get through in the live chat and there's never an agent.
Have bought from box before and had good experiences, but this is awful.
