Purchased a brand new TV from Box after 2 months developed a fault, they arranged for item to be returned via a Courier but since then we have had no confirmation it has arrived, no sign of a repair, replacement or refund despite sending lots of messages to Customer Care. Very poor response would certainly not be recommending this company and would advise anyone against using them. Seem great until you get a problem then don’t want to know and leave you fighting to get a refund. We will now be taking alternative action to get our money refunded and will inform Trading Standards of the issue.
