I placed an order for a Monday delivery, I received an email saying that my order was “ready to dispatch”, which it seems in now way means has been dispatched.
- The link to the delivery courier doesn’t work
- The chat system threw me out for “timeout of user interaction” , probably because there was a 45 min queue, that you can’t get through as it throws you out
- email to sales team was not answered
- further attempts at chat said “no advisors available”
- phone unanswered
Won’t be using again, will see if my purchase turns up.
