BUYERS BEWARE brought samsung 65" QN800A Samsung Neo QLED 8K 30/03/2022 came with so called 6 year warranty, just over year later tv breaks down, box.co.uk does not want to deal with it spoke to people at box.co.uk dont care, thay keep telling me that i need to speak to solocare ? box has a responsibility you sold me the tv? ..there pushing me to company called solocare careplan dont now if this is samsung or box third party repair they that trying to blackmail me into spending more money on upgrade? box.co.uk rouge trader
