Can not recommend it at this point, I ordered a OLED display over a month ago, and as understandable for current word situation as it is, I cannot ignore the poor customer service, lack of information about second delay I experienced with this order, no email, no notification, no curtesy to at least let me know where do I stand with the purchase I have already paid for. I was expecting it to be shipped yesterday, and only because I called customer service department myself I discovered my TV was pushed back again two weeks. I don't believe it is the way to deal with your own customers who paid for the merchandise already. Very disappointing.
As it happens I also had a pleasure to place a different order with another vendor for electronic parts, and as I face same availability issues I was at least updated frequently about the status of my order and was not left in the dark.
I hope this issue will be properly addressed and dealt with, until then I cannot honestly write anything positive about my experience with them.
