The website is misleading with no correct information about how to order online and collect in store. No info about when the order will be processed and whether you can collect on weekends.
It mentions they have a shop but says nothing about how to order from the shop and pick up the same day. I struggled to get some hard drives on a sat, I had to turn up at the shop to find out it's a separate operation to the website.
The contact numbers on the website are also useless, as they do not answer on weekends and there is no number on the site for the shop.
