But I had to email and request a call before that happened. Neutral "I can live with." Next day Saturday delivery was £20. The 1.6% credit card fee was not included in the advertised price. Unfortunately there a few unacceptable negatives. - product was dead on arrival because of a failed memory upgrade performed by box.co.uk -no customer service at all on Sunday's - I've had to re- install the ram myself or suffer a lengthy return to box.co.uk diagnosis and resolution process. Would hesitate to use again unless they were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the competition.
