I had used the box previously but this time I paid for a 2 day delivery. It did not arrive so I called and the person I spoke to did not apologise or explain where my order was. I needed the order for saturday but then later got an email saying I wouldn't be getting it until Monday now. I called to cancel it and was told I would have to accept delivery and pay to return it. I have refused delivery and I am still waiting for a refund. Very disappointed. Can someone please refund my money.
