AVOID AT ALL COSTS - this used to be good, but now AVOID this. I have been stuck for 30 days for the return of the laptop.
I HAVE STARTED A REFUND PROCESS BEFORE THEY EVEN SENT THE PACKAGE and they send the package anyway!! The package was then returned - and guess was now it looks like the refund won't be processed.
The whole thing is shady - make sure to avoid it all cost.
THE PACKAGE WAS UNTOUCHED AND UNOPENED
and now they are sending me pictures of how bad it was handled.
