Having paid over £2500 for a new gaming pc, three weeks in I have no idea if or when it will arrive. I was given the option to select a 10 day turnaround and then pay extra for a selected deliver date. That date has been and gone and despite being told it should now arrive tomorrow (for which I’ve taken a day off), it’s clear now that this isn’t going to happen.
Jason who I have been speaking to was actually very helpful and friendly so I’m not sure where it is that their process is falling down so badly. At the moment I’m sticking with the order but my experience has been poor so far which worries me if there was ever an issue with the pc.
