Ordered on the Friday, delivered on the Saturday...easy! Unfortunately I wasn't in and the Hermes chap left the parcel with a neighbour and didn't leave a card. That said, the support from Box was great and the Hermes courier knocked on my door and apologised for their mistake. Great customer service all round. This was my first purchase from Box and it won't be my last.
