Everything's fine. I got exactly what I ordered, delivered on time (i.e., next day before noon). The goods ordered ( an Asus Windows 7 laptop) were, as far as I can tell so far, as described on Box's web site. The new computer seems to be working as intended, though I've only had it a couple of hours or so and am still installing software, copying data and so on.
The worst I can say is that the computer's keyboard is rather rattly. But I've yet to find a laptop keyboard that I like. If I've got any serious work to do, I prefer a desktop computer.
