Whilst I was impressed with the machine and the service, I felt the e-Mail communication could have been much improved. There was a glitch in my order which was only resolved after I called in spite of my sending two e-Mails on the matter. Once it was resolved there was a further issue with the 'tracking delivery' page as it simply stated that the item was 'paid' and sowed nothing about the delivery status. This left me quite nervous as it was intended as a Christmas gift. I e-Mailed again about the delivery status and had no reply. Then the item was delivered. But I feel this poor e-Mail communication cannot go unmentioned.
