The delivery was top notch! I like the fact that they gave me an "as it happens" delivery information. Although I paid for and requested that the item be unboxed, it wasn't done when it was delivered.
I called the customer service and they were apologetic and almost immediately refunded the money I had paid.
All in all, I would highly recommend them.
