Delivery person was female and said she could not carry my order so my partner had to go and get it from her vehicle. When I arrived home I managed to lift it without any problem.
Had a problem initially installing the printer but re-ran software disc and it worked.
I am very pleased with the speed of processing and delivering of my order.
