I'm very dissatisfied by BOX.UK,
I bought a videoprojector which was FAULTY.
I sen't it back to the company, and they did like they never heard about me, no answer, no reply to my several emails to get my refund.
Thanks god , PayPal saved the day by refunding me for the cost of the item :
about 900£ which is a big amount of money for me.
Definitely won't get back to them do to a great lack of follow-up concerning my case.
