I ordered a 1TB hard drive which took over a week to arrive. The price was stated as being heavily discounted. This was not the case. The same item is widely available at much lower prices. My fault I admit, but I don't appreciate being misled. The drive soon began to give me problems, and failed after 3 months. On contacting box i was told i had to contact western digital myself. Open an account, register the drive, run diagnostics, submit returns paperwork etc. Eventually got a replacement (refurb) from wd. Not a great experience, wont be using box again.
