Amazing that i was asked to review by Box! Their systems are hopeless!
Bought an tablet (Joytab 9.7") on e-bay which was returned for mainly wi-fi faults 3 times. It was exchanged once for an unupdateable machine. But that stopped working too.
Box kept stating warranty ran from original date rather than exchange date.
They refused to refund.
I warned them I would & I then did issue proceedings in the District Court. On the last date for defence, they refunded me in full.
Very difficult to deal with, so if you worry if something might go wrong, beware!
