I purchased a PC case from Box.co.uk recently, the PC case arrived broken. I contacted the Box.co.uk team through their website and went through the process of logging a return. I was contacted by a member of Box.co.uk and they told me that the product I had ordered had come from the manufacturer directly so they went away to contact the manufacturer.
I was then contacted back and asked to take pictures of the damages and send that through, which I did and then finally the manufacturer was happy to send a new one out and retrieve the broken one.
All-in-all I felt Box.co.uk helped me sort out the return and provided a great service so I can't complain.
