The service of your dilivery was spot on however the product was poor, got my item on time no problems there but item would not work and when I contacted the sales team for a refund they said I should send the item back for testing which I did and after two to three days they refunded me, the item was faulty.
So from that service I have to say that although the item failed the service of box.Co.UK was brilliant.
