Product was/is exxellent. Service was let down by Collect+. I received a text saying the item wss ready for collection. It hadn't been delivered though. Apparently the error/delayed was due to damage to the parcel. It took a total of 4 days to finally get delivered. No text pure chance... Upon collection there was no sign of any damage.
I think had been left on the van from the original delivery and the damage was simply an excuwe...
