The problems were not really with Box themselves but rather with the delivery company that Box had chosen to use. I had selected the option to have the package delivered via collect+ to a local shop. The tracking link provided by box did not work and so I was forced to keep dropping into the shop to ask if the package had arrived. Once it had the shop could not release it as I had not received the required release code. I was forced to make a long (and probably expensive) call from my mobile to Box to get the package released and then the solution was that the shop was forced to make another long call to the delivery company.
Now in mitigation I have to say that I am visiting from abroad, so some of the problems may be that Box/Collect+ are simply not set up to handle customers from abroad with a foreign credit card and a foreign mobile phone. But if that is the case then they should simply have not accepted my business.
The product itself is in perfect working order and in fairness having used collect+ means I did not have to wait in all day for a delivery to arrive and I could choose the time that I collected it from the local shop.
