I'm happy with the purchase, however there were issues with the collect+ delivery. I didn't receive a collection code and was refused the item on the first attempt at picking it up. Called your support number who advised to get the shop to call paypoint with the consignment number to allow releasing the item, which is not ideal. Chap on the phone said "it's all we can do"
Also the parcel tracking link did not work and there is no support on your website for collect+ deliveries.
