Total scammers - they sell you broken laptops/or at least on their last legs, and offer a very short (illegal) warranty so they can refuse to help when it breaks after a few months. The laptop I bought got a BSOD within about 6 months, and they refused to help. The BSOD was due to the motherboard breaking through overheating. I paid £400 to have a laptop for 5 months. Claimed they had no responsibility to help because of their 6 month warranty, but this is illegal as consumer rights laws say a faulty item can be returned for up to 2 years. It also arrived with the casing broken. I'm still waiting for my £400 back.
