my only gripe was the fact that i could not access one of the hard drives. Box could not help as they do not have a tech department, they gave me a number to call, turned out to be for motherboards, called box again and was given web site for gigabyte.
Anyway, sorted it myself, box had not formatted or created a partition on the drive, not the end of the world, but annoying.
second gripe, the laptop was full of malware etc, malwarebytes found over 100 items. It would be good to have a clean purchase!!!!.
