Both items had loose parts within them and damage around the rear cover fixing screws. One had washers under the fixing screws, the other, the more damaged one, didn't. One also didn't work at all. Delivery said would be Royal Mail but came with Hermes and were not packed at all well. Simply placed in a bag with no bubble wrap or anything round them.
