Received a DIY product. Built it perfectly as per instructions. Signal performance was very bad. Returned and was told could only be refunded 79% of full price (-21%) because of little scratches they found on a part used for building the product.
Launched an A-Z claim for a full refund. Several days later, they refunded me much less than the proposed amount and it was before the claim was even completed.
These people are very unscrupulous.
