Firstly placed an order and paid for next day delivery which wasnt next day or even the day after and then one item came with DHL and another with DPD! Secondly after they finally arrived they were both faulty. I then Returned faulty devices and hard drive and was made to wait for their engineers to test the device before a refund or replacement was issued. This is terrible customer service especially when this was vital for my business to operate in these tough times!
