You find out what a company is like when you have an issue
I have had two joysticks recently that had the same fault and have to say thanks
to all the people at box that I spoke to over the last 4 months. At no point did I feel like I was getting the bums rush.
My current return went like this
wed 8th April - posted item back
fri 10th April - item delivered to box
Mon 13th April 1000 - item into test (can take a few days you have to accept that they have a pile of things to test every day and they dont work 24 hours)
mon 13th April 1053 - tested and faulty
I spoke to Daryl who arranged for a different joystick and I payed the difference
Overall very friendly and helpful I have purchased from box many times and will continue to mainly on the experience ive had returning things has been probably the best of any web retailer i have dealt with.
10/10 box thank you for your help, much appreciated.
