I deposited on the 3rd June £50. After this i didnt use the site at all but on the 16th of June £350 was taken from my bank account!!! Your customer service was very unhelpful and my email (including my statement for the transactions) remains unanswered. So what do i do now?
I am not very impressed with your customer service at all. I have been advised to email your CEO and regulator.
