Sign up bonus is an absolute scam! I purposefully made sure I was in wifi when signing up and they still claimed that I was on “duplicate IP”. This is such an obvious cash grab and exploitative practice as to everyone’s personal details need to be verified by law so they know someone is a genuine new costumer. Appalling.

The worst platform ever....they should be closed down because they are scamminging people..Even an idiot can tell that their games are rigged. Find another platform if you want to play slots or anything else just not them. We were warned

THE WELCOME OFFER IS A SCAM!! THE WELCOME OFFER IS A SCAM!! After speaking on live chat, by phone and emails back and forth Boylesport was unwilling to give me my welcome bonus that I was eligible to have as a new customer. There must be some loop hole they are exploiting which means if you sign up using a mobile on 4g, which most users would be doing, they will state you've used a duplicate IP. This is the email I sent... Please correct me if I'm wrong but it seems to me after doing some research on your company and reading many reviews over different platforms that this issue has come up again and again and nothing has been done to fix it. As you are all aware genuine new customers like myself are signing up to your betting platform after seeing an enticing welcome offer have had there welcome offer taken away unjustifiably because they have used there mobile data Internet connection to sign up. As you should be aware when using mobile 4g mobile connection there is not a static IP address. The ip address changes all the time throughout the day. You will be aware of this after seeing and responding to all the reviews on Trustpilot but you clearly haven't done anything about it or stated in the welcome offer that using a mobile 4g connection could cause a duplicate IP address to flag up on your system. I can only assume that you're knowingly deceiving new customers and using this "loop hole" to not provide the welcome bonus that is promised to new customers when signing up. I don't see how using these tactics are good for your brand or business and I just have the feeling I have been well and truly scammed. You stated in your reply the following, "benefits are withheld in cases where the IP address is shared among multiple users. This measure is in place to ensure fair and accurate distribution of promotional offers" It seems to me this measure is in place purely to avoid giving people there welcome bonus and it is the opposite of "fair and accurate" I therefore as a genuine new customer, who followed all the correct steps when signing up and placing my first bet, hope you can provide me with my £30 free bets and £10 casino bets straight away. I will wait for your swift reply before flagging all of this up with the gambling commission and leaving my reviews on trustpilot and Google ect. ... there response was there was nothing they could do. They know about this issue with there duplicate IP software if they are actually using one and there more than happy to carry on enticing people with the welcome offer to sign up with no intention on giving them the offer. It's just not honest! Never had a problem with any other betting company signing up using my 4g connection. Please avoid!!

Don't trust them to honour their promotions. Be careful when using the promos plastered over their website & social media - they are untrustworthy & may not honour them. I'd only had the account for 2 weeks & had placed some football & horse racing bets in that time. One of the bets I placed was for a Euro 2024 promotional bet (promo was bet £20+ on a team to win tournament & receive free £5 bet each time that team wins in normal time) on 03/06/24 & then four days later they contacted me to tell me my account was now restricted from using promos. I tried to get clarity on live chat as to whether the active open Euros promo bet that I had placed BEFORE the restriction would still be honoured as per the condition of the promo that I was invited to use at the time - I didn’t get anywhere on live chat as the person responding just repeatedly avoided answering the question or just didn’t understand it. A few e-mails later & they’ve now told me that although the bet will remain placed & active throughout the Euros, they won’t be honouring the £5 free bet credits for each win despite me having placed that bet in good faith BEFORE being "restricted". Moral of the story - don't be enticed into placing a bet on the back of a Boylesports banner promotion advertisement because there's a good chance they'll let you place the bet & then restrict you from the benefits of the promotion before the bet has even concluded.

Support asked me for screenshot 🤣,said that the bonanza was credited (different promo) and on chat I got offered 25 fs to keep the account 🤣🤣. Already sent email to the ODR and suggest to do the same to everyone with similar problem.is just a scam. Also not the first promo I never got the fs credited but always letted go.

!!!!Free Bet for 0.5 or more Duplicate IP Addresses!!!! BoyleSports were advertising a Free Bet of £20 once a £10 deposit was made to the account. The terms to claim the Free Bet were to accumulate odds equal or greater than Evens (1/1(2.0)). At 14.40 I placed a £10 stake with odds of 7.4 (above 1/1 to qualify for the Free Bet). After the Bet was settled I went to check if the Free Bet was credited, which it hadn't. Following that I visited the BoyleSports Help Section to understand why, with the FAQ stating Free bets will be credited within 5 Minutes of the Qualifying Bet settling. At this point I decided to contact Customer Services while also doing some research on other consumers who have had similar issues. After checking my details were correct the advisor at BoyleSports claimed I was apparently using a duplicate IP address, and due to that I would not be issued a Free Bet. During that time I stumbled across several reviews, that many customers have had the same issue, which can't be a coincidence. Funnily enough, the reviews that stood out the most, were revisted by the original poster with either, a boost from 1 to 5 stars or a slightly improved review. It would then become a surprise to find they had been credited their Free Bet after a negative review. However, still allowed the freedom to continue using a duplicate IP address, with the bookmaker turning a blind eye... if this was true. The main error with this (Claimed) IP Checking Software could be down to them not realising that a switch from a simple bet through WiFi at a residential address in the evening, following the earlier punt on an outside favourite during lunch via mobile data, could cause conflcting IP addresses to register. It's a strange world, where one punter is given special treatment upon submitting a complaint. Whereas the rest are still in the shadows as to when, if, or how their Free Bet will become legitimate. Its not the amount of money that matters to me in this case, it always has, and always will be the principle in how a situation unfolds. The solution would be for BoyleSports to honor the free bet, not just for me, but all consumers (future & present) that allow them to operate as a successful business. Every other bookmaker I have used Past and Present have always honoured Free Bets, without making an excuse. This is the first time I've encountered an issue with such organisations and certainly nothing as ridiculous as this. Not a great way to retain custom while competing in a heavy market.

Absolute dirt odds of winning. In one game I spent 400 in a run of betting 5 to 7.50 a spin, didnt gain back to my balance once, then later the same day I spent 300 in one go without winning more than than 20 or so Euro when I'm betting 5 a spin. Then I started recording and bear in mind this is straight after my other runs of losing. I spent over 130 in one go betting 5 a spin and not once getting anything back. I can record for hours and it's the same result. Here is a recording example, nice games but brutal payouts from Boylesports. https://streamable.com/6a003z Every time I see their reviews I see their response "we are regulated blah blah" it's not right. Even employees reviewed saying to avoid slots at Boylesports because of what tweaks they make on your account. I switched up my slots games, I switched up my bet amounts, all the same results. Now I do have money and had this as disposal for some fun but with Boylesports specifically they are just dirty and dodgy behavior for sure. Stick to almost any other casino. Bet365, Pokerstars seem fair odds. With Boylesports you may as well walk into their office and leave the cash in an envelope for them.
