“I HAVE DONE FOR A LONG TIME AND STILL DO A LOT OF LOTTERY BETS ONLINE AND IN SHOP AND NEVER RECEIVE ANY FREE BETS OR ANYTHING. PADDY POWER STREETS AHEAD IN THIS DEPARTMENT.”

“No betting in running in races is a joke , very slow to pay out winning bets in comparison to other sites . As for free bets etc awful to what one could be losing . Measly 5e bet given it’s just not customer friendly and thats honest from a newish customer”

“Unable to answer a simple question to my satisfaction.Information I was given did not agree with letter I had received.Only wanted a date when a free bet expired.Continually told that the free bet expires 7 days after being credited(8/8/16),despite the letter informing me that the offer expires 31/8/16.”

“Took ages to respond and was left hanging without acknowledgment of previous message. For example, "Thanks, just let me look into that and get back to you". Instead I was left waiting for about 5 mins before eventually sending "Hello" just to see if anybody was still there.”

“simple question. I have an account with boylesport which I access via my laptop. The site is slow which means I don't bet as often as I would like. I have tried to use my mobile phone to place bets. I gave my mobile number to boylesport and they texted me a link and I downloaded the app. The problem is that on my mobile phone I cant login. I have no problem logging in via my laptop. I have tried twice to resolve this via livechat but to no avail. It would be handy if it worked with cheltenham coming up?”

“I was looking to bet in-play on Besiktas v Mersin but you had other minor matches! Your customer support advisor couldn't explain the absence but gave me tel. no. Poor technical provision (no game) but fair customer support (no explanation but a solution)”

“Issue resolved however only due to my diligence in believing that i had done nothing wrong. Due to incompetent advice given i was made to feel like a criminal. I will not be using Boyle sport going forward and will be looking towards more so reputable betting and gaming providers.”

“I contacted customer support tonight as i had a problem after i deposited in the shop. The docket i handed in had my name but my mams account number (my mistake) but my mam also has a 10 euro daily limit on her account and i feel not only should the teller have read the docket and noticed wrong name/wrong account number but surely amount should not have been deposited? I went back to the shop and realised the error so i contacted customer support and as much as i can accept the only solution was to get my mam to make the withdrawal when she can (she lives down the country,nowhere near a shop) i then asked the customer service rep seeing as i feel there was a mistake on both parts could she possibly give me some LP's to play bingo this evening until i can get it sorted tomorrow,to which she simply replied she couldn't do this as they were not owed on my account?? I just feel this was very unfair as i know that LP's can be awarded in case of mistakes. Yours sincerely, A very pee'd off customer, Denise Stanley”
