The website and app are relatively slow. I had to keep refreshing the app once i had clicked on one selection (when doing multiples) which was a nightmare, I had many troubles depositing money into my account and when I tried with Paypal I was told to "open a new Paypal account and try that" rather than just trying to sort it from there end. I wouldn't recommend the site.

some people one the live chat are very helpful and there are others that just don't care or want to help you! just today i had a chap named Edward who would not help me even though i know it was a simple fix he would not help,he said he needed to wait up-to 24 hours to fix it,, but then when i waited an hour or so and went back in and got Bridget she fixed my problem in a matter of seconds!!! but because of Edwards ignorance the 2 horses i wanted to back won there for i lost money (maybe good for boylesports pocket) but not for customer satisfaction! and because of this i will no longer be using the site for my gambling and nor will my friends" I've being on this site almost 6 years and never have i being rewarded for it or for my loyalty i know all other sites look after long term customers with the odd free bet or whatever or have some sort of loyalty points scheme on the sports book! so it is in my best interest to change providers here and this is why i have rated you poor! it would have being very poor only for Bridget and her nice ways!! give that woman a promotion!!! thank you for everything (not much) over the years best of luck in the future and i hope you don't lose many more customers over silly things like this! some of your staff needs to know without the customers yous are screwed and the theory "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" should be drilled into there heads..

Casino and Poker Support is very good. But sports betting service can be very poor at times. Staff seem to have very little knowledge of sports and betting markets and how they work.Feels very robotic most times when chatting with them also. To balance this out i have rated poor above as i use sports more than the other two which has brought down the rating.

I find the more I spend the less loyality I get for instance people who don't deposit often receive freebies like sportsbets and I don't seem to get anywhere when I ask all im told is more usage and activity and so I play more spend more and still im told more usage and activity

I would give a very good rating,the customer service and the odds,betting options and bonuses are great,but unfortunately the site is far too slow to get bets on which lets boylesports down ,that is the only problem

On numerous occasions I have been wrong information, or just fobbed off with silly excuses. Rarely is my need satisfied when I use the live chat facility. The CS Agents have very broken English when typing and this can lead to confusion and more frustration.

Poor with free bets after everything ii had to put with all your technicall hitches and you know you have had lots of them and also when i report an error it is allwahs my fault.why dosent anybody say that somebody else has had an error please truefully i cant possibly be the only 1.

Had a couple of lucky horse bets in and low and behold restricted!! I do not take offers I have no interest in anything other than horse bets! I do not understand how you can be allowed only people on your site that must lose every single bet! A review of the law needs to take place in this. Basically Boyles is a site that will allow you to stay a member if you lose consistently!! They do not care about your mortgage payments please just hand it over to them - but the minute you get a couple of bets up or you show that you have some wit about you when it comes to betting you are out on your ear!

Responses did not make good reading, as if written by someone foreign and query could not be answered. Just told it would be referred to the "concerned department" and then I would be contacted. I appreciate it is only £20 but it is £20 that i am out of pocket due to an incorrectly settled bet and therefore feel that there should be someone on hand to rectify it straight away
