An ok bookmaker, until they decide to restrict you for no reason. Not sure who the traders are, but I'm assuming they have no business sense closing down accounts that are barely winning. If you have an account, don't get too attached.

Had account restricted, am guessing because I took up the offers and promotions that they offered me constantly! If you went into a shop to buy something 'cos it was offering it half price, then went back in another time to buy it again, you wouldn't be told to get out!! If they don't want people to take advantage of offers and promotions it's simple.....don't offer them!

Their customer service on the online chat is very good. So are their prices. They restricted my account after a couple of wins though . Go somewhere else if you were not planning on losing money.

Quite alot of same winners in bingo which gets boring looking at, other than that its a lovely site and customer services and CM's are all lovely.

I asked a very simple question, namely what is the maximum payout for the range of lotto bettings offered online, as i couldnt find the information on boylelotto.com. First i asked about euro lotto and suggested that i thought it was 100,000 euros. He comes back saying it is 100 euros. I had to correct him, that it is 100,000 and he agreed. Then I asked about the other international lotto s and i receive an answer. But he hadnt mentioned the french lotto, so i had to ask about that separately. After he answered the last question about french lotto, he suggested that for more info i should log on the website boylelotto.com I explained that I am logged on the boylelotto.com, but couldnt see any info and that s why i contacted the customer service. to which he replied with: if there is anything else he can do for me today' OK. First of all, the maximum payout in lotto games is a basic question, as some games have odds 1:100,000 and even 1:500,000 I felt i had to drag the answers out of him, and obviously his directing me to the website was useless and showed lack of knowledge and training. Overall below average.

Had my sports account restricted after 13 bets. Was £59 in profit. Can't bet on Sports anymore, they still let me play the Games and Casino, though - very kind!

my account has been restricted for apparently no reason leading me to go elsewhere reluctantly. they guy on online chat was awesome. just disappointed with the company

I played the 5 horses 1 void and 1 won which meant I nearly broke even. They restricted my account after 1 day because the traders thought I was risk of taking their money. They only let you lose if you win they restrict you. I'll be reporting company to the gambling commission. Look elsewhere plenty of bookies in the sea

Nice opening offers for join ups, but don't be surprised if by taking advantage of the offers they tempt you with, and actually using them, that you get your account suspended on Sportsbook quickly. Often with Free bets still to use, earned by following the rules. Luckily I was able to use the free bets by betting over the phone, or I would have been extremely annoyed. Friendly Live Chat people and helpful in telling you what you need, but have little say in the account suspension, so don't take it out on them if it happens to you. If you like to place lots of big bets and are a risk taker on higher odds outcomes, you will be better off using a more mainstream Bookie, as these guys obviously just want punters that place stupid bets on main markets and are a license for them to print money.

The whole set up is a joke terrible offers and promos and certain parts of customer service need to be thought how to speak to people in the right manner it's disgraceful really it is

I enjoyed boylesports for the first few months until I joined the VIP "Premium" scheme. The scheme is that premium you recieve less than 1/100th of your total stakes. One month I placed bets of £4800 and recieved a £20 bonus which is really dissapointing. I have also been told there is no opt out of this scheme, So why stay with this bookmaker and spend 5k when you can spend £20 a week on another site such as sky bet and with the free bet club recieve a weekly bonus amongst others. You also cannot cash out the bonus you have qualified for but instead need to wait till the start of the month not even a day early. I also had an issue where the odds change but instead of offering you the new odds it automatically took the new odds and placed the bet....for example the odds are 6/4 on a tennis match and between the in play pause another player gets a point, It will change to 9/4 but instead of offering you this it will just place it which I think is wrong. The Staff on the site are very helpful at times but instead of answering direct questions they always refer to the same terms etc instead of giving an honest opinion. Being a loyal customer I feel as if boylesports have no intention of trying to hold on to exisiting customers and put all there effort into new customers, This gives me no incentive to stay. A few months ago I would have reviewed this as 5 stars but its increasingly getting worse and I think I may need to go elsewhere. watp2010@outlook.com
