The welcome offer stated that if I deposited £10, I would receive a free bet. I made my deposit, won and waited for the free bet. The free bet did not come, when I spoke to an agent, they stated my account was restricted and they could not discuss this further. I went to withdraw my winnings, and it is denying all knowledge of my bank details. In order to add my details, I have to deposit more money. If you want an easy and fun betting experience, I would go elsewhere!
