I'd accidentally placed a bet on the wrong horse in an upcoming race and when I contacted customer services on live chat they were very helpful and cancelled my bet allowing me to place the bet I wanted. In my experience with online bookmakers there aren't many who would be so helpful; a similar thing happened to me once with Betvictor and they just didn't want to know.
