Issue revolving around updating my bank card. Very poor communication with members of your team. Unable to deal with a very simple task efficiently leading to complete dissatisfaction with your company. Issue was eventually dealt with. However the whole ordeal was somewhat ridiculous, and I felt as though most of that I was asked to do was unnecessary. I began to get the feeling that the process was intentionally made difficult so as to intimidate and confuse the costumer, which I'm sure in many cases would result in the customer not being able to withdraw their funds, which would only prove to maximise the profit margins of your company. This is both immoral and borderline illegal.
