Dear employees,
I put 5 stars for Bernadette from customer support a as she took time to resolve my issue. On the other hand the finance and security departments are a bit slow to review my documents, not done yet by the way. Get an email for an unauthorised credit card use because I did not put my first name on the registration form for the credit card, it s a bit weird. (Negative customer experience). I would suggest that you rewrite this email, and leave more neutral. Like due to an issue with the deposit method, please contact us.
